Dylan and I made cauliflower wings last night. Yummy! ❤😂

Also- I always post Kai and Mom moments...but Dylan deserves his spotlight too. He is such a good father to Kai and amazing partner to me. He works very hard to provide for us in many ways. One of them being a part of and maintaining a loving and kind home. He is my favorite adult human and I can't belive that I didn't even know him two years ago. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life watching him put weird things on his head when he's super excited or amped talking about things...and Kai following his example. Laying in bed at night making fun of all the silly things Kai did that day- flailing and making baby faces. 😂 He is the silly in all my seriousness, the patience to my stubbornness, and the reminder that I am loved even when I am feeling unlovable.

This is what taking a nap with mama looks like and it's adorable 😂 He in a "I only take big naps when Mom is with me" phase ❤

Goooooood mooooooornin

Hey- I am not very flexible, an anxious human, and a mom. I wanted to get back into yoga and it feels awkward putting it in my routine. But...I want to be more relaxed...I want Kai to grow up seeing healthy habits, and frankly it's time I can do downward dog without bending my knees. So Here's to the first of hopefully many more Mom & Kai yoga sessions. Here's also to hoping this is the most stiff version of this video 😂
