Nurture and protect your boundaries.

Good morning my fellow humans! Wow! Two days in a row where we have had a morning routine that has gone well. I am terrified that it is going so well! Last night wasn’t as smooth of a nighttime routine. Kai went to a football game with his dad and grandpa and was a little overtired when he got home. He had a blast though! Then, at like 3 am he decided this was the time to just- keep waking up every time I set him down and writhe in his crib like a worm in the rain.

That being said- this morning went really well! I set him down on his play mat for about three minutes to make a coffee and I walked back into him being on the other side of the room (Noted that he can do that now.) and then we ate some breakfast, waited thirty minutes to use the phone, and I did 20 minutes of yoga while he was entertained by Ms. Racheal. He is saying Mama and Dada now! I can’t believe he is getting so big. It feels like he was a premie and I closed my eyes for just a minute and now he’s a 7-month-old on the go.

I am just going to jot down some of my costar notes and then get on with my day! It’s the big game day for Dylan and Papa is coming over to help us fix up a few things before we move out of this house!

Co-Star Notes:

Thought of the day: Nurture and protect your boundaries.

Today you need safety and security. Start by showing. up for those you love. People will come to you if they want to. it can be hard to find a creative outlet when you can’t access your intuition. Your main challenge this month is to control the tension between your desire to change and the resistance of your emotional self. It’s constructive to push yourself, but you don’t need to set yourself up for failure.

Personal Note: I notice that since this morning I have kind of been operating from a vulnerable childhood self. I have been working on inner healing and have been moving a lot more in the mornings- I think it’s just moving things along and I need to remember that I am in a safe and secure place to process those feelings.

I think that is all for this blog today! I hope you all have a wonderful day and take time to center yourself today. Recognize where you are operating from. Is it from your present reality or your past? Thanks for reading and I will see you all soon!
