Hello fellow humans! It has been a hot minute since I posted here, but that is because I have been putting all my extra energy into my new project: MIND, BODY, & SPIRIT RESET 2023. I want to put some feelers out there so below I am posting what to expect from this little ebook if you would let me know if you are interested in participating- that would be great! Thanks for all the support I have already gotten from so many people and until next time- here is what to expect from my next project:

What to Expect

Before we begin- it is the responsible thing to set expectations. This is not a fix-all book that will transform you into the best version of yourself. This is simply a collection of tools that I have gathered over the past 7-8 years of self-discovery. 

Now tools are exceptionally useful to aid you in your own personal development. The reason I am spilling the beans that this is not the fix-all solution is that I need to make it very clear that this is not the solution. 

That is YOU.

I hate it when people try to sell you that their program is going to change your life or that their ebook is going to fix everything. The truth is- if you never read this book- YOU would still have the potential to grow into the person you want to become. YOU can be the BEST YOU…WITHOUT ME. That’s right. 

So…why should you continue with this book? 

Well, again- that is entirely up to you. I created this as a resource I wish someone would have handed me 7 years ago and saved me a lot of grief, trial and error, struggles with resolutions, diet culture, perfections- yada, yada, yada. I created a product I wish I would have had and that may not be something you would want. So let me tell you everything I will cover in this short little document and you can decide if it’s best for you!

What’s in the book?:

  • 2023 at a glance and a Past 12 Month Reflection. (I want to provide specific information about this year but also make it a resource you can use anytime, any year, at any point.)
  • Get to know yourself. I acknowledge that self-improvement is not a one size fits all kind of deal. I will provide science-based personality tests, love language/relationship tests, as well as resources to test if you potentially have ADHD, ADD, OCD, Etc. !!!This is not to self-diagnose but rather a way to see if these are things to ask your doctor about and set you on track to living your best, functional life.!!! When you know how your brain ticks- you will be able to figure out how to ACTUALLY accomplish your goals and aspirations.  
  • We cover your needs/categories of your overall health. We will cover the idea of “Slow Living” (Slow Living is a movement where people decide to live a more balanced, meaningful life by slowing things down and appreciating both the world around them and what they have.), the 8 Dimensions of well-being, and tools to create balance in all of them in our busy world. 
  • MIND. We will define the importance and even the “What IS?” concept of mental health. I will provide the 6 areas that contribute to your mental health as well as tools/information to upkeep and improve those areas in your life. I will provide mental health checklists, high and low-energy tasks, and resources based in the USA for any mental health crisis that you or a loved one may be experiencing.
  • BODY. We will go over all the basics of physical health and well-being. There will be information covering the concept of intuitive eating, how to calculate your water intake, and how to understand your nutrition labels, macros, calories, and basic vitamins and minerals. I will provide some BASIC resources about the main systems that run your body and how they work together. I will also provide information about the concept of mindful movement, a 60-Day Mindful Movement Challenge, and resources that explain different types of movement and how to accomplish your physical goals. 
  • Spirit. We will go over what spiritual health is, and I will provide tools to help pinpoint and strengthen your sense of spirituality. !!!This is not a religious point of view- so everyone can participate!!! A guide to mindfully and intuitively live and connect with your core values, goals, and beliefs. 
  • Intention setting and Manifesting the life you want. I will go over what those two things are, how and why to do it, why resolutions are bull shenanigans, and provide some tools to make it easier to get started. 
  • All links and resources will be provided that I used so you can do your own research (which I encourage) and you can be sure your conclusion aligns with what I have to say or not.
  • I will make a little vocab sheet with some terms you may or may not be familiar with so you have easy access to understanding the content. 
  •  Lastly, I will collect all the “worksheets” or practices and put them at the end for easy access so you don’t have to rifle through the information.

  1. You are TRULY just amazing. Just look at you!!! I hope you are really appreciating the miracle that you are, in so many ways!! You just really touch my heart with everything that you do to make your corner of the world a little brighter, clearer, more efficient, disciplined, caring, and reaching like a tree for more sunlight. What a gift of a person you are to me and the world. What a heart! ❤❤❤
